We stand by our product! Softies will refund qualified returns for 100% of their purchase price, minus the cost of initial shipping. Softies return window closes firmly on 11/25/24. Returns must be post marked 11/25/24 or before. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are not permitted due to limited and reserved inventory. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and with manufacturer labels still attached. Please open and inspect your merchandise upon receipt. Returns will not be honored after 11/25/24.
